Thirteen Things I Love About Our New Place
- An attached garage - Even though it's only a 1 car (sorry Alan!)
- No carpet - so much easier to clean, especially for us allergy sufferers.
- Skylights - I love all the natural light that comes in to the living room!
- Walking paths - Hopefully this will inspire a little more exercise!
- Covered front door/patio - We're planning on having some plants/flowers.
- Loft - I love that we have a bonus room we can use for a study/computer area.
- Separate dining area - no divvying up the living room space for the dining table
- Secluded - we're in the back of the complex backed up to a forest preserve.
- Full washer and dryer - Nothing stackable, yay!
- Spacious kitchen - room for an eat-in table or more storage.
- Fireplace - This will be the first time we have one.
- Young landlords - We can relate to our landlords and hey, maybe might make friends ;-)
- Location - I love the suburban feel, lots of nature, and prime location for shopping!
